He is survived by: his wife Mary Willis; his sisters-in-law, Judy Haydon (Jerry) of Shelbyville and Janice Culbertson Skingel (Ted) of Joshua, Texas; his niece Tanya Jenkins (Donovan) of Cleburne, Texas; his nephews, Todd Culbertson (Emily) of Troy and Troy Culbertson (Angela) of Monroe City, Missouri; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabe, Jay, Tate, Dane, Jess, Micah Culbertson and Hannah Guerrero (Alex). He is also survived by four cousins.
