He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice James and Oleta Irene Bailey (DeLozier); his former wife Patricia Ann Bailey (Woods); and his wife Barbara Bailey (Webster). He is survived by: his children, Mark Bailey (Cheryl) of Olathe, Kansas and Kim Blankenship (Tim) of DeSoto, Kansas; his stepchildren, Bub Nauman (Linda), Jim Nauman (April) and Staci Murphy (Shawn); and his sister Lois Dankenbring of Gilbert, Arizona.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
