He was predeceased by: his parents, William Laycock and Mable Bell Laycock (Ogan). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Quick (Rob) of Portland, OR and Noland Bell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Carolyn and Mason Quick; and his sister Kay Roscoe (Carl) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
