He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Railsback; his children, Tammy (Wiley Meneely) of Meadville and Rick Railsback of Chillicothe; his siblings, Ann Hill of Grower, Tom (Margaret Railsback) of Avalon and Robert (Judy Railsback) of Trenton; his grandchildren, Emily, Rylee Meneely of Meadville, Molly (BR Wenzel) of Dearborn, Shelby (Ryan Miles) of St. Joseph, John (Bobbi Meneely) of Chillicothe and Chauncey (Jake Brooke) of Braymer; and his great grandchildren, Cami Miles, Maggie, Brody Brooke, Audrie, Gabe, Kinser Meneely, Cooper and Carter Lucas.
