He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richard and Florence Velma Williams (Elliott). He is survived by: his wife Linda Youngs; his siblings-in-law, Betty Hottinger (John) of Queen Creek, Bonnie Best of Queen Creek, Mary Ogden (Richard) of Liberty, Missouri, Bill Youngs of Belton and Bob Youngs (Nancy) of Warsaw, Missouri; and his cousin Fran Williams of Chillicothe, Missouri.
