He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Loehr and Neola Loehr (Ratcliff); his sister-in-law Ruth Loehr of Spencer, Iowa; his brother Steve Loehr; his sister-in-law Reta Loehr; and his mother-in-law Melinda Klein.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Loehr of Enid, Ryan Loehr (Heather) of South Dakota, Randi Langel of LeMars, Erin Loehr of Hinton, Cathy Vonk (Dave) of Mountain Lake, Barb Argo of Orange City, Bill Ruba (Amy) of Remsen, Christy Metzger (Scott) of Chariton, Bart Ruba of North Liberty and Charles Ruba of Green City, Missouri; and his brothers, Curtis Loehr, Jr. of Jacksonville and Russell Loehr (Belva) of San Diego, California. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
