We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2021, at the age of 91, Norma Toot of Chillicothe, Missouri, born in Lock Springs, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erma Illee Tiberghien Rader and Ross Rader; her husband Melvin J. Narr; and her sister Peggy Littrell. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Narr (Vonnie) of Meadville, Terry Narr (Sharon) of Wheeling and Joy Narr Maberry (David) of Meadville; and her sister Pat Surber Holloway of Chillicothe. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
