Mona E. Garthwaite Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona E. Garthwaite of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Batson and Patty Batson (Jones); her daughter Latisha Faye Foley; her grandson Kyle Juston Garthwaite; her siblings, Herchel E. Batson and Rosalind E. Glenn; and her nephew Nick Spainhour.
She is survived by: her children, James Garthwaite (Natasha) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Sausha Marie Smith (Terry) of South Missouri; her grandchildren, Aben Smith, Bradley Garthwaite and Gracie Griffith; and her siblings, Dennis Batson (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Rachel Bowes (Ronnie) of Chillicothe, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
