The passing of Matthew Steven Trager of Chillicothe, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 8, 2025 at the age of 64. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Trager and Ruth Trager (Petrus); his father-in-law Raymond Bowyer; and his sons, Nathaniel Trager and Shawn Trager.
He is survived by: his wife Cindi Trager; his children, Angel Diegelman (Ian), Audrea Hapes (Jon), Randy Hapes, Aaron Trager (Katie) and Amber Humphrey (James); his siblings, Mike Trager (Darlene) and Debbie Daly (John); his mother-in-law Lucille Bowyer; and his daughter Sadie Mae. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindley Funeral Home - Chillicothe (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church - Chillicothe (1601 Bryan St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Wheeling Cemetery.
