She is survived by: her husband Wayne Wade; her children, Stacy Wade (Ursula) of Boulder, Colorado and Mary Goodman (Steve) of Higginsville, Missouri; and her brother Rev. Ronald Smith (Margaret) of Gilman City, Missouri. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
