He is survived by: his parents, Fairel Wayne and Bobbye Sue White (Jackson) of Nixa, Missouri; his daughters, Brandi White of Texarkana, Arkansas and Cheyenne White of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his close friend Carol Wright.
