He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Edward and Jennie Frances Stuver (Phillips); and his siblings, Charles "Ubba" Stuver, Russell "Peanuts" Stuver, Dale "Eddy" Stuver, Jerry "Joe" Stuver and Leola Warnick.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Jones; his children, Drid Stuver (Susan) of Georgetown, Texas and Lea Ann Stuver-Pannell (Paul) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Shelby Ann Smith (Hurley), Kayla Ann Stuver of Georgetown, Kelsy Lee Stuver of Georgetown, Texas, Dalen J. Stuver of Georgetown and Austin J. Smith of Charlotte; his great grandchild Addison Grace Hurley of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings, Thomas Stuver (Mary) of Chillicothe, Richard "Bud" Stuver of Pewaukee, Cecil "Hop" Stuver (Annabelle) of Chillicothe, Timothy Stuver of Trenton, Missouri, Karen Sumpter of Kansas City, Nancy Arndt of Kansas and Virginia Steele (Wayne) of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
