He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elizabeth (Farrenkopf); his children, Amy Faulkner (Lance) of Chillicothe, Katie Myvett of Kansas City and Daniel Hoskins (Selena) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Breigha Faulkner, Brynlee Faulkner, Kerrisa Myvett, Marcus Myvett, Reyna Myvett and Elisha Hoskins; and his siblings, Phillip Hoskins (Terri), Steven Hoskins (Linda), John Hoskins (Conny), Kevin Hoskins (Kathleen), Shari Hoskins, Lori Cordonnier (Donald), Kathi Tolly (Danny), Lisa Burr (David), Tony Hoskins (Lisa) and Mary Beth Parks (Jeff).
