He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ralph and Mabel Neal (Hamilton); his wife Carol; his son John Gregory Neal; and his sister Helen McGregor.
He is survived by: his children, Drs, Cheryl Volckmann (John) of Woodside and Lori Duncan (Randy) of Overland Park, Kansas; and his daughter-in-law Jan Neal of Phoenix, Arizona.
