He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank and Mildred Ruth Mackey (Bloomer); and his siblings, Robert Daniel, Frank, Jr., Billy Harry Mackey, Mildred Laura Stoddard, Murnie Marie Butler and Ella Louise Segress.
He is survived by: his former spouse Aneata Mae Houghland; his spouse Lee Reeves; his children, Ronald David Mackey (Pam) of Arcadia, Missouri, Nelda Jean Moore (Johnny) of Bristow and Laurie Ann Decker (David) of Gillett, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Richard Sterling Mackey of Norman, Oklahoma, Carol Poff of Morristown, Audrey Jo Mikles of Cross Lake and Frieda Kay Stanley of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
