He is survived by: his wife Retta Darr; his children, Benjamin Nelson Horn (Katrina) of Germany, John Horn Jr. (Melody Carden), Tamra Smith (Josh) of Omaha, NE and Rose Horn of Chillicothe, MO.; his grandchildren, Kenneth Nelson, Isabella Smith, Nicholas Smith and Alexander Smith; and his sister Pat Horn.
