He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hayen and Mary Hayen (Othic); and his siblings, John W. Hayen and Mary Ann Littrell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hayen; his children, Debbie Lombardo (Richard) of Kansas City, Lisa Welker (Gary) of Prairie Village and Bill Hayen (Shelley) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his grandchildren, Andrew, Alex Lombardo, Emma Vaughters, Max and Mia; and his children, Jack Welker, Benjamin, Bradley and Abbey Hayen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
