He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Jane Norris (Dilley); and his in-laws, Gale and Lois Guilford. He is survived by: his wife Linda Guilford Norris; and his siblings, Bunny Scott (Charles Scott, MD), Jill Igo (Richard) and Bill Norris (Patty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Lindley Funeral Home - Chillicothe (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601).
