He is survived by: his spouse Linda Long of Chillicothe; his children, Allisha Eckert of Chillicothe, Kyle McBee of Cowgill and Shian McBee of Saint Joseph, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brianna Eckert of Saint Joseph, Mason and Carter Eckert of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Debbie Long.
