He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Hazel Allen (McMichael); and his brother James Allen. He is survived by: his daughters, Candy Suggs (Darrell Robbins) and Lisa Allen (Casey Bakken); and his sisters, Linda Elliott of Liberty, Charlene Crowley of Liberty, Sandy Hamilton of Liberty and Shirley Bowe of Laredo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
