He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leroy and Lena Francis Gillespie Arr; and his brother Charles Arr. He is survived by: his children, Nicki Cain (Chris) of Kansas City and Cody Arr of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Brittany Cain of Kansas City and Tyler Cain (Stacy) of Kansas City; and his siblings, Leroy Arr (Sharon) of Chillicothe and Karen Smith of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
