Riggins (Lisa) of Utica, MO; his sister Charlotte West of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Tracy Stucker, Alex, Paige Goodin, Jordan, Dakota, Lochlan and Ronan Riggins; his stepgrandchildren, Colton and Parker Willet; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle Moore, Madison, Connor Goodin, Journi Riggins and Owen Micelli-Riggins.
