He is survived by: his mother Brenda Sue Proctor of West Blocton, Alabama; his daughters, Jasmine Proctor of St. Joseph and Julieonna Sky Baugher of Chillicothe, Missouri; his stepdaughter Carol Hall of St. Joseph, Missouri; his grandchildren, Gracie Faris, Phyllis Applegarth and Clark Proctor; and his siblings, Christopher Sprague (Robin) of St. Joseph, Dean Sprague of St. Joseph, Hank Davis of St. Joseph, Missouri, Dawn Clark of St. Joseph, Judy Lopez (Marcello) of Sioux City and Misty Davis of West Blocton, Alabama. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.
