We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2020, at the age of 87, Evelyn L. Perry of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forsythe and Francis Forsythe (Bingham); her husband Joe Ray Perry; and her son Billy Ray Perry. She is survived by: her daughter Louise Tate (Vince) of Chillicothe, Missouri; her grandchildren, Melanie Figg (David) of Chillicothe and Shawn Tate of Belton, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Cole Goad of Chillicothe and Derrick Tate of Belton, Missouri; and her brother Gene Forsythe of Sharpsville, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
