He is survived by: his children, Theresa Lance (Josh) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Raymond Bender (Kasey Blackwood) of Springfield, Missouri and Annie Albee (Matt) of Amboy, Illinois; his sister-in-law Shirley Bender of Missouri; his grandchildren, Liz Lance, Ava Lance, Damian Bender and Mandi Ritter; his former wife Angela Koch of Amboy, Illinois; his pet Gracie; and also Roger Clayton.
