Dorothy Ellen Singer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ellen Singer of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vearla Merritt and Nina Birdean Foltz (Stephens); her sons, Ronald Jay and Gail Eugen; her husband Joe; her brother Ralph; her sister-in-law Frances Foltz; and her nephew Lee Foltz.
She is survived by: her sons, Randall Joe of St. Louis and Randy (Cindy); her daughter-in-law Cindy; her grandchildren, Robert Singer (Faith), Michael Singer and Ashley Singer-Falkner (Gary); her stepgrandson Shawn O'Brien (Becca); and her great grandchildren, Emerald and Mason.
She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary since 1986, an RSVP volunteer since 1988, and a member of the board of the Senior Citizens of Livingston County, MO from 1998 until they dissolved in 2016.
Memorial contributions may be made to Operation Help or the Grand River Multi-Purpose Center.
