He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Letha Johnson (Ishmael); and his brother Junior Tolle. He is survived by: his children, Mat Johnson (Lesley) of Lincoln, Missouri and Jesica Hubble (Ryan); his granddaughter Jillian Hubble; his brother Ray Johnson (Chris) of Conesville, Iowa; his sister-in-law Pauline Tolle of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his former wife Mary Johnson.
