He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sylvester Jones Sr. and Vesta Cleo Jones (Collier); and his siblings, Dorothy Dale, Lloyd Jones, Helen Neis and Evelyn "Jack" Troeger.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Jones; his children, Angelia Goza (Rick) of The Woodlands, Texas and Ross Jones (Julie) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his granddaughter Nicole Goza; his children, Austin Jones (Tara) and Vanessa Lippelman (Matt); his great grandchild Emersyn Jones; his granddaughter Mabel Jones; and his sisters, Gladys Johnston of Breckenridge, Missouri, Mildred and Litton of Lock Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
