He was predeceased by: his parents, Madis Mae LeFever Truesdell and George Truesdell; his wife Betty Truesdell; and his siblings, Charles, George, Hazel and Carrie.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Truesdell of Lincoln, Nebraska, Steve Truesdell (Gina) of Chillicothe and Dan Truesdell (Rhonda) of New London, Iowa; his grandchildren, Christy Detty, Mark Detty (Sunny), Nathan Detty, Morgan Gabrielson (David), Zac Truesdell, Dustin Truesdell (Haley) and Matt Truesdell; and his great grandchildren, Malachi, Colin, Liam, Litton, Greenly, Jack and Fallon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
