She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Dawkins and Joyce Dawkins (Simpson); and her brothers, Timothy Dawkins and Ricky Lee. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Mills; her sister Cindy Chapman (Kenny) of Wheeling; and her aunts, Shauneen Denton of Chillicothe, Wanda Sickler of Springfield, Patsy Jenkins of Hamilton and Marsha Locke of St Louis.
