She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mantlo and Flora Mantlo (Woods); her husband Gerald Sallee; and her siblings, Eunice Funk, Mary Lou Gorman, Richard Joel Mantlo and William "Bill" Joseph Mantlo.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Hebert (Weldon) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her sisters, Loraine Ricehouse of Chillicothe and Lena Cooksey (Donald) of Laredo, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
