It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Wooden of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Robert Wahl and Roby Meyer (Neblock); her husband Virgil A. Wooden, Jr.; her son-in-law Richard Duncan; her brother Robert Wahl; and her brother-in-law Carl Michel.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wooden (Linda James) of Blue Springs, Missouri and Karrol Duncan of Chillicothe, Missouri; her grandchildren, Amber Richardson (Mark) of St. Joseph, Ashley Cawthon (Cory) of Cameron and Kelsey Wooden of Kansas City, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Abby, Jaxon Burns Gracie, Duncan Arth and Oliver Cawthon; and her sister Judy Michel of Branson, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
