He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Dzula of Chilhowee; his sister Loretta Swofford of Independence, MO; his children, Scott, Nastassia Dzula of Columbus, GA, Alex Dzula of Chilhowee, Justin Debusk of Falls City, NE, Tyler Hale of Warrensburg and Dylan Carder of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Micah Dzula, Valentino Dzula, Victoria Beltran-Bataz and Valkyrie Dzula. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
