He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. McMillian and Velma P. McMillian (Dollard); his grandchildren, Robert McCormick and Emily McMillian; his brother John McMillian; and his pet Dude.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McMillian; his children, Sarah McMillian (Matthew Peterson), David McMillian, Lisa McCormick and Norman Caraker; and his sister Nancy Cada. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
