She is survived by: her children, Mason and Nora; her parents, Chris Bogard and Kathy Bogard; her brother Nathan Bogard (Nicole); her grandmother Betty Winslow; and her fiancé Forrest Waters.

In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations to the Elizabeth Kuykendall Memorial Fund at F&C bank in Holden, MO.
