He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Gallagher; his friends, Bill and Jackie; his children, Paul, David (Laurie) and Beth Johnson; and his grandchildren, Stephen and Katie Johnson. He is also survived by nephews and niece and their children, and numerous dear friends.
