He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bev and Larry Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Miller and Sandy Miller of Farmington; his significant other Rebecca Smugala; his daughters, Amelia, Nora and Odessa; his sister Ashtyn Dane (Brandon) of Bonne Terre; his grandparents, Leroy, Marilyn Burns of Farmington, Gene, Nancy Coen of Hazelwood and Dolores Green of Chesterfield; his nephew Cooper Dane; his parents-in-law, Melissa and Robert Smugala of Chesterfield; and his pet Sarge. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Memorial donations, if desired, may be made in care of Cozean Memorial Chapel for a trust fund for his children.
