He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Leone (Golino) and Thomas Paul Leone. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Rose (Eric) of Chesterfield, MO and Thomas J. Leone (Michelle) of Pittsburgh; his brother Val Leone (Jan) of Erie; his grandsons, Justin and Jeremy Rose; his stepgrandchildren, Annalise and Ryan Duranczyk; his stepgreat-grandchild Emerick Duranczyk; and his niece Vicki Leone-Finck.
