Derbak of Chesterfield, Missouri, born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Derbak and Adelia Derbak (Gasparini). He is survived by: his sister Tina; his brother-in-law Rocky Carpenter of Benson, AZ; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Candy Derbak of Chesterfield, MO; his nephew Nicholas Derbak of Valley Park, MO; and his niece Haley Derbak of Chesterfield.
