She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Brady (William) and Donna Eaton (Royal); and her granddaughter Jamie Peters (Michael).

Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel (9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Memorial (7800 St Charles Rock Rd, St. Louis, MO 63114).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ruth's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
