He is survived by: his wife Addie Thompson; his daughters, Gina Seal (Daniel), Lori Fugate (Todd) and Wendy Maltempie (Philip); his grandchildren, Juliet Seal, Summer Fugate, Adam Maltempie (Bethany) and Elizabeth Lambert (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Tollison Maltempie.
