She is survived by: her children, Carol Tipton (Larry) and David Van Middlesworth (Leslie); her siblings, Jean Harke (Bob) and Joan Baker (late Tom); her grandchildren, Mark Tipton (Amy), Kevin Tipton (Annette), Krista Yerby (Jon), Sara Lavilas (Danny), Elisa Van Middlesworth (Chad Wagner), Robert Van Middlesworth Jr. (Leslie), Joe Van Middlesworth (Tasha), Katherine Patel (Attit), Zachary Cobb (Liza) and Josh Cobb; and her great grandchildren, Corren, Luke, Esther, Eliza, Gavin, Parker, Justus, Tatum, Christopher Jr. and Maliya.
