He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Ver Sluis Geiger of Pontiac, Michigan. and Peter C. Geiger; and his brother John Geiger. He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Gau (Jim) of Dade City, Florida and Kathy Gentry (Boyd) of Denver; his wife Nancy; his granddaughters, Brooke Gentry of Boston and Casey Gentry of New York; and his siblings, Peter Geiger of Georgetown and Carol Geiger of Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the World Bird Sanctuary in Valley Park, Missouri, St. Luke's Hospital.
