He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Granville Laufer and Henrietta Laufer; his spouse Patricia A. Laufer (Patti); his siblings, Claudia Henderson (Leland), Joseph and Jeannene Kopff (Donald); and his sibling-in-law William Gruebel (Elizabeth).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assn. , the National Kidney Foundation.
