She was predeceased by: her wife Wilton Downey; her parents, Wilma Swope and Richard Swope; and her brothers, Richard Swope and Bruce Swope.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Valerie) and Robert (Dawn); her stepchild Darlene Downey Clark (Hermann Strelow); and her grandchildren, Will, Charlie, Matt, Kyle, Alison, Evan and Luke.
