He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Jeanne Smith (Ron), Janet (Linda), David (Andrea) and Tom Zak (Karen); his grandchildren, Andrew Smith (Sherise), Caitlin Ivey (Adam), Anna, Nick, Alek Smith, Maria, Noah, Steven, Quin and Emma Zak; his great grandchildren, Layla, Cooper Smith, Samuel, Quinn and Luke Ivey; and his siblings, Frank Zak, Allen Thomas, Fran Absolon, Stanley, Theodore, Fred, Joe Zak and Lonnie Thomas.
