He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kolaski and Edna Kolaski; and his brother Richard Kolaski. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kolaski; his brothers, Eugene, Robert and Jerry Kolaski; his children, Christine, John and Laura; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Anthony, Seanna and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
