She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence H. Perisho; her daughter Kathleen Coordes (Cordie); and her brother Robert Eaton. She is survived by: her children, Greg Perisho (late Debbie) and Christy Perisho; her grandchildren, Chris Coordes (Angela), Matt Coordes (Nicole Bertram), Greg Coordes (Laura) and Kara Kovalsky (Michael); her great grandchildren, Connor, Claire, Adelynn, Calliope, Aurelia Coordes, Hudson and Kathleen Kovalsky; and her sister Bonnie Hoover.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkway Baptist Church or American Parkinson Disease Association.
