Hackmann, Jr.; her daughters, Pamela Stout (Thomas) of Springfield, MO and Deborah Spitzer (Barry) of Chesterfield; and her grandchildren, Erin Boster (Frank), Craig Stout (Tatiana), Brad Stout (Shelley), Bryan Spitzer (Natalie), Brent Spitzer (Catherine) and Todd Spitzer (Catherine). She was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren.
