She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Salwowski and Frances Salwowski (Turza) of South Bend, IN.; her husband Edward J. Rzepka; her grandson Wade Teal; and her siblings, Nettie Zielinski, Rose Leopold, Chesterine Wozniak and Chester Salwowski of Indianapolis, IN..
She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Rzepka (Mary) of Chesterfield, Christine F. Teal of Mechanicsburg, PA, Vance S. Rzepka (Dana) of Overland Park, KS and Victoria L. Moore of Hollywood, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
